Decent app, some small issues

I signed up for the monthly subscription to try out the Stress Management Series. The sessions themselves are really helpful and I did feel a noticeable difference in my stress levels. The audio quality is good, and it's easy to navigate the app. My only small gripe is that sometimes the app would freeze for a second when switching between tracks, but it wasn't a huge deal. Overall, worth the money for the content.
